The Team

Management: Ilya Spitalnik

Ilya started his career in banking, where he quickly rose through the ranks in the major financial centres of London, Paris, Frankfurt and Moscow.

Seduced by the internet bubble and keen to develop his entrepreneurial skill set, he left banking in the early naughties and launched Greenwave Consulting, a Corporate Consulting firm focused on best practice principles and streamlining.

In 2004 Ilya decided that the next logical step was to “formulate” the methodology – that had significantly impacted his clients businesses – into a formula and apply it to launching his own projects and invest in fostering other viable businesses.

Since 2005 Ilya has predominantly acted as a private equity investor and “incubator” for projects and companies in various industry sectors including real estate, software, information products, clean energy and many more.

Ilya has authored two books on “Best Practices in the Business Domain” for the German speaking market. The principles expounded upon in his books are now the basis of the training for Greenwavers in the “Art of Building a Successful Niche Business in Record Time” using Google-Era Know-How, skills and technology. In March 2010 Ilya launched the Greenwave Business Incubator with the express purpose of supporting and empowering entrepreneurs to create “real businesses” and to help them avoid wasting their time on “great ideas” that are commercially unviable.

Management: David Klippel

David started his career as an entrepreneur developing automatization systems for online Marketing. Combined with his copywriting and direct response marketing skills he quickly had more clients than he could handle and decided to use his ressources for himself on his own projects.

David agreed to contribute various types of proven marketing strategy blueprints, software and complete automated systems and concepts available exclusively to greenwave incubator project owners. His software and strategies have created several very successful, fully automated businesses. Since it is literally impossible to hire him otherwise, he can become a major asset for you through your Greenwave Media association.
